Harajuku Izakaya opened in 2011 and is located in the Royal Bank Building in Whistler Village. "Izakayas" are informal Japanese gastropubs popular throughout Japan known for quick, tapas-style food.
Our interior is inspired by the trendy Harajuku district in Tokyo. We offer a variety of seating options including cozy nooks, high top tables, bar seating and of course tatami booths for large groups. So whether it be a romantic date night, a milestone birthday or a group event we have options to suit all.

For parties of fewer than 7 guests, reservations can be made online using the **OpenTable booking widget below.
For groups of 7 or more, please contact us directly at 604-962-7222 or info@harajuku.ca, and we will be happy to assist with your reservation.
Reservations are available in advance prior to opening each day. Once service begins, seating operates on a waitlist basis which can be joined by visting us in person at the restaurant or joining the online waitlist through OpenTable.
To ensure all guests can enjoy their dining experience with us, we kindly allow the following seating times:
• 1–4 guests: 1.5 hours
• 5 or more guests: 2 hours
